what is wrong with my TomTom ?

I did not use my TomTom for two weeks and now it will not turn on, i have been charging it on my computer and the green light is on, but my TomTom will still not switch on. Also when i disconnect the charger the green light goes off.

My Tom Tom is definitely on as I can hear it but the screen is blank. How do I fix this?

The battery is fully discharged and needs to be recharged for at least 30 mins. Try charging it in the car or with a home mains charger.
