electric window wont go up no power there at all renault megane 1.6 dynamic

I purchased (from new) '07 Megane Scenic 2.0 litre Diesel Auto, Top of range. Persistent problems with electric window 'one touch' operation (drivers door). Opens OK sometimes but usually will not close in one operation, several attempts needed. New regulator fitted under warranty this week (10th Aug '09), worked for one day then back to the same problem. Contacted Renault UK, not helpful, told me to take it back to dealer as new type regulator introduced May '09 as Renault recognise problem existed on Secenics. Dealership reluctant to have any further input, but car again booked in with them This problem developed when car 6 months old.

Hi Daz, what year is the car? as it makes a lot of difference in the fault finding as 2001 and newer the windows are controlled by timer control module
