Where is the fuse for the radio in a 98 ford escort?

When I had my car jump started, a friend switched the cables to red on black...unfortunately, it has blown out a few fuses. My radio doesn't work at all now, and I'm attributing it to a fuse. Is this possible? And, if it is, then where can I find the fuse to my radio in a '98' ford escort?

it will be in the fuse box under the dash drivers side or you may have blown the fuse on the back of the radio just remove the radio and you will see it on the back if it is a ford radio you will need the radio key code shoud be in the hand book for the car or ford will recodr it for about £50
