I have the a Halo U/V vacuum (not the oreck 1). When I turn it on all the lights come on but the vacuum motor wont turn on. UV light comes on, front lights comes on, everything except the vacuum itself. I tred different outlets and the reset button but no luck. How do I get the motor to turn on or get any kind of suction?
