Is it better or worse when the engine is cold or hot?
Does it run OK once it starts?
Does the remote fob lock/unlock the doors OK?
Any warning lights on the dash when engine running?
Did anything happen to the car prior to this problem, eg flat battery, ran out of fuel, new parts fitted etc?
When was it last serviced (properly, not just oil and filter change)?
