how to open the filter flap bottom right of the machine?

there is a smell of dirty water and we don't know how to open the flap on the bottom right of the machine to clean the filter.

if it is a servis washing machine, you push bottom of flap and it will swivel down, then turn filtter anti clockwis only a few turns not all the way as it will come out and the filltre will still be in release a few turns and pull out to clean
