Gear box drain and filer plug/ unburnt fuel?

I own a ctroen relay 2.litre short wheel base van 2004.
please I want know were drain plug and oil plug is located.
I am also getting a smell which smell like unburnt fuel with exhoust gas. And is this related to EGR
