l d v 400 series 1999 keeps blowing ind fuse?

my van keeps blowing ind fuse even when all lights rev sw ind stalk relay etc all disconnected dead short

have a good look at wiring loom that goes over top of gear box ,i think its the same fuse for rev lights -usually chafes between bulkhead and bell housing.
