How can I fix my 1969 Ford 3400 Backhoe?

I can't get my backhoe to start. I have replaced the starter, battery, battery cables, generator and voltage regulator. It is a 1969 Ford 3400 hoe. It was running when I put it up last fall and I have been unable to get it running. Any ideas????

If it is gas - it is your points. Get some help from an old timer. The point sets are at Tractor Supply and these old 3 cylinders are a joy to work on - if you grew up in the 50's. If it is diesel - it is the fuel. Do a google search on diesel fuel problems and you will get all the help you can stand
