My Fan Oven wont work?

I have a Belling countrychef dual duel range cooker and the fan oven has stoped working what could the problem be?

This is normally caused by a blown fan oven element. They are fairly straight forward to replace. If the fan is working but no heat then that is more than likely to be the culprit.
