getting the blades off of lawntractor?

I cannot get the blade off. The STAR is sheared off and bolt is turning like it is stripped

I had the same problem and finally had to drill out the bolts and retap the spindle ......being very carefull not to break the tap off in the housing or spindals will have to be replaced ....
