How can I fix my samsung Rs21DCNS side by side fridge freezer?

My side by side fridge freezer was making a funny loud rattley noise in the fridge part the other day. It stopped the day after that but now the fridge will not cool -it is currently 15*. It is 2 years old.
Any ideas??

This is a known fault and was covered on Watchdog. You need to contact them and they will fix it. It has a 5 year guarantee against this fault
