how to drain a washer that hotpoint wma34 Washer?

i have a hotpoint wma34 Washer and i have put it on 40 degree wash at about 10am this morning and the washer wont go on to its final spin.
How do i get it to do so???

try unplug it , and the door should open after a wile . or turn it off and move the dail on , and then back on ,
