I have a Zanussi Jetsystem 1200 XC model FJR 1254W which stops several times during the wash program and displays error code E20. It always seems to stop when it is trying to empty. Can anyone confirm if it is the pump and if so can this be fixed easily? It can take 2 hours to finish a 54 min wash program!

Clean out the filter at the front right at ground level - use a bowl or two to catch water if necessary. Worked at treat with us.

i just got error 20 on mine. i cleared it by cleaning out the front filter. (watch for water flooding out of filter when you unscrew it though, bowl under).
