Go to SEARS.com and fill n the imformation it needs ..model number ect and look at exploded veiw of motor and carb to see where adjustment is at .....it might be part of the governor .....

The question being
WHERE IS THE IDLE ADJUSTMENT ON A 4.5HP BRIGGS AND STRATTON WALK BEHIND LAWNMOWER as there is no THROTTLE ADJUSTMENT.
