Lockout and no fuel coming through on boiler?

There is no oil coming through the pipe on my boiler (worcester danesmoor), and its locking out. Have had 2 heating people out but neither knew why it was happening other than a 'blockage'. Anyone got any ideas? Also if there is a blockage would it be very expensive to clear it?

heres one that worked for me with the same problem, disconnect the oil line and blow it hard as possible forcing the oil back towards tank this cleared whatever the problem was.

I assume your tank is higher than the boiler and the oil flows due to gravity. Check the tank on/off valve and its filter. There could well be another tap called a fire valve within the boiler casing - its a left hand thread and make sure its on. Any heating engineer will possess a hand pump which we use to pull the oil through.
