First you need to remover the glass cover.. on most it will unscrew but some it will just pull off. the bulb will be an e14 screw in bulb. Just unscrew it as you would a normal bulb. The heat from the oven may make the glass and the bulb hard to remove as the expansion and contraction of the oven can tighten the fittings.
