vokera maxin 24e?

after using hot water which heats very well i use the hot tap again the boiler does not ignite until the temperature gauge on the boiler shows 19 degrees any thoughts on problem.... thanks

sounds like a circulation problem, have a qualified engineer check the pump and plate heat exchanger.
