Start pump on final spin & drain as much water out as you can. You may have to try several times allowing pump time to cool. Once all water is out switch power off & remove plug from wall. Tip machine back against the wall as far as you can. Pump is on front right hand corner of bowl. It has a small white clip on the side nearest the cabinet. Hold this clip out slightly & turn pump anti clockwise 90 deg. It will then come down & out. Fit new pump up in to holding bracket with the opening for the wire plug facing the cabinet wall on right. When it is sitting flush rotate it 90 deg clockwise until you hear the white clip click in to place. This clip stops it from undoing itself when running. have a towel handy because some water may still come out when you remove the pump.
