Zanussi ZWF1421W wont take conditioner from drawer. ?

Zanussi washing machine wont take the fabric conditioner from the drawer towards the end of the cycle. Otherwise machine works well - washes, rinses and spins.

holes above conditioner draw blocked.clean them or replace the top plastic part.called a conveyor.remove the soap draw to gain access.
