What is the problem? Electrolux gas/electric camping fridge?

My parents have a gas/electric powered fridge. When gas powered there's plenty of heat at the back of fridge but inside temperature doesn't lower. Any answers/suggestions.

do you have a picture for the model you have and do you know if there are a new versions so you can suggest it to me to buy new one from
