how do you change the motor on dyson dc05?

My dyson dc05 has stopped working and i think its the brushes but how do you get into change the brushes or do you have to replace the motor

first check your plug cut of original plug and replace this is a common fault ,if that fails to get to moter take of wheels and remove casing, it could also be wire at moter end ,
