where do i change the fuses in a rover 400 series?

i need to find where to change the fuses in my rover 416, i have been and bought the fuses but can't find where in the car the fuse box is!

you will find there are two fuseboxes, the main one is behind the
plastic panel to the right of the steering wheel the other is under the bonnet. If you need it i have a spare owner's manual.
