When we connect our fridge onto the gas connection, it doesn't get the fridge cool enough. I have put in a thin layer of water within the freezer compartment, left fridge on for 8-10 hours and still nothing. The outside element of the van is warm and the light is on within the fridge. Can anyone help?

Remove the complete unit turn it upsidedown leave for 1 hour reinstall and try again good luck
