I have a fridgeaire that's not freezing?

about couple of days ago it started to make a buzzing sound from the freezer part like the fan on the motor was going out. now the freezer portion of the fridge is starting to unthaw and not getting cold. even the fridge part of it feels less cool. I have turned it up to the coldest temp. any suggestion
