My computer won't resume/restart when it is in Standby mode. I should be able to move the mouse or press a key and the computer should wake up, but it doesn't.

What can I do?

I've been trying to understand the same problem. From what I have been able to find out a PC's graphics card is important as it is this which make a PC know when it is in use or not. If this is true, I don't understand how it works. Anyone...?
