i have a "99 aerox tho the electric start has been cut away, the kickstrat now feel like it has no compretion or it is slipping,

i have no idea what it could be, if you know or you could help please please reply to this!!!

i have also replaced the cog, spark plug and it still isnt working

i would really appreciate your help as it is extremely frustrating
