i notice the other day whiles driving that the cruise control wasn't working which really was not too much of a problem but when the horn went too!! i was more concerned!! i have had a look in the haynes manual and i have check the fuse and the relay but both are working fine!! i have also don a continuity check between the horn switches and the plug located on the underside of the steering column, which i believe rules of the spring contact in the steering wheel between the switched and the plug! any ideas will be really welcome!!

after more testing and pulling out my hair i turns out that the feed from the relay to the horn and cruise control switches from the relay under the fuse box in the engine compartment the wire have corroded and broke down therfor upon cutting the wire and joining it back together it all works again
