It aint as easy as you probably hoped,,the best and probably the only safe way to do it is to take whole front pannel off....
I used to work for hotpoint so ive done it many times,trust me ther aint enough space in this reply field to talk you through it but if ya anywhere near peterborough givs a shout.alternativly get an engineer in that aint gunna rip u off.
