How can I reset my beko wma520s?

The 3 hour and the spin/end light won't stop flashing and it has completely stopped working. I have tried un plugging it and leaving it but still nothing happens other than lights flashing. Please help?

switch the machine on and then press and hold the start button in for 5 seconds.hopefully this will force a reset
