does anyone know how to fix the lid lock button, it continually beeps and the machine wont spin. And if it does stop beeping and the machine does a cycle and finishes it wont unlock and you cant open the machine to get the clothes out.

The same thing has happened to our machine I had to unscrew the two small screws on the right hand side of the lid. These screws hold the plastic locking mechanism in place. once you have the screws out you can open the lid and get the wet clothes out. but I still cannot use the washing machine can any body help?
