machine blew mains fuse repeatedly when door open and not switched on! Am qualified spark but cannot see how to get access to power internals without damaging anything. Does anyone know how to open it up?

take the side panels off open the door and you will find two t20 torx screws on either side of the front edge of the panel, you may need to remove the lid first, it slides off backward, but has two clips at the back, depending on the age of your bosch some machines have a removeable metal base panel others you have to remove the complete tank assy to gain access to remove the element and circulation motor,
