My watch is a Crane & Viceroy radio controlled ladies wrist watch. A new battery has been fitted but I cannot get the hands to move to the correct time. It has three buttons on the right but none on the left. I have tried following the instructions given by Alan on the How to Mend it site but it doesn't seem to work. It is a good watch and I need it to work properly. The second hand did go to 12 o'clock but the other hands have not moved correctly and tell the wrong time.
