can someone tell me what is wrong with my peugeot speedfight 100cc?

My peugeot has a problem. when my battery is in and my ignition is off it seems to allow the horn etc to work. i had to jump it 4 times yesterday.
Now i just disconnect the battery everytime i am noy using it.

a wire could off come off the back that stop the power going through so look at the back and then put it back on
