bosch wahing machine not spinning?

anyone have any ideas on whats the problem with my washing machine, the water goes in fine and drains back out, but it does not spin, i have checked the belt, its fine, all the springs are inplace and the pipes are clear, so the problem isnt there

I have exactly the same problem today and found out the motor needed new carbon brushes.
