whats wrong Electrolux blizzard 1300 roof AC unit?

Hi everyone
I have an Electolux blizzard 1300 roof AC unit. My problem is when ever I turn on the x2 fan it trips the fuse and main breaker in the caravan. Seems to run OK at low speed just not very effective. any suggestions
