How can I fix my bosch dishwasher check water light?

The check water light comes on and stops the cycle. We have checked the filters inside and the ones in the water pipe any suggestions?

pull the machine out remove the left panel on the side and check if there is water in the sump.if so drain the water out then it should work but check for waterleaks.
