I've tried everything, but my iron will not get hot. The red light comes on, but no heat. I've rarely used it since recieving it as a wedding present. Unfortunately, I don't have any of the original paperwork. Is there someplace where I can take it to get it repaired?

my rowenta DZ9080 wont get hot.the element is good so i suspect an open fuse link. can they be replaced and how?
