How do I connect the fuel pipe to the petrol tank?

I have a Vespa scooter and someone has pulled off the fuel pipe and stolen my petrol. I need to reconnect it - how do I do this?

I had the same problem on my Vespa. Depending on where/how they took the petrol, it should be easy to fix. Just reconnect the tubes.
