how do i change a drive belt on a proline tdc6a drier?

my original belt has snapped motor is working fine but need to put new belt on any ideas please ??

The belt goes round the outside of the drum down and around the motor spindle between the two belt tension wheels. These pinch the belt from either side to remove any slack and tension the belt.
