How can i fix my briggs and stratton 470 engine?

When the engine is running there is blue smoke and oil coming out of the exhaust.Is this indicating a blown head casket? The lawn mower is a Mountfield Sp470 with a Briggs and stratton engine.

I doubt if there is a head gasket problem.....check: is the oil level over full, or has the machine been tipped on its side recently?
