BEKO DRCS 68 W tumble dryer won't reset?

Drying light is on permanently whilst the start light continuously flashes. had repair man out as initiailly it was a belt problem - after refiting a new belt the above problem occured. he checked all the relays and now thinks it's probably a programmer problem - not sure if it's worth going any further if it is due to cost - does anyone know whether these lights indicate a particulary problem? - also the interior light isn't working but the bulb is fine so assume no power - thanks for any advice - simon.

when i do that all it does is put the end/anticrease led on and does nothing, messing with it and it will come on do 1 revolution and stops again

It's the microswitch that is triggered by the red clip on the condensing cassette (under the flap on the bottom of the machine) You just need to flick the clip a few times. To see if flicking it is doing anything .... Do it with the door open... It activates the internal light which will flicker until you manage to get it in the right place signified by the light staying on.

drier stop starting, pressed start button in for count of ten and now it seems fine, it could be as someone suggested that I don't always allow it to finish its cycle (trying to reduce leccy bill) thought I was going to have expensive repair or replace costs. hope this helps others, many thanks to those who took time to post advice.
ps do not know what model I have other than it being a beko

I have the drcs68w beko tumble dryer, doesn't seem to be heating up, it's just cold air instead of hot air, I have tryed to reset, but holding in the cancel button, start button, turning it to delicates, everything, and still not heating up, only had it a year, and just ran out of warranty. Just my luck, is there any other way to try and reset, I've had all the panels of the back, cleaned it all , and still nothing,

Hi I have a BEKO DRCS 68 W condenser dryer, It turns on, all lights display correctly, motor hums but drum does not turn. Belt is not broken, I bought a new one as I presumed that was the problem as I have had to replace in the past, but when I took the top off it was fine. Any ideas ?
