how do i fix central locking on a 306 lx diesel r reg?

central locking not working my back door has no key hool and that means i cant lock the car how do i fix it ?

check fuse in fuse number 14 and 28 and if blown replace with 20a fuse's and if its not the fuses it will be the central locking relay.
