When machine starts spin cycle it jumps and bangs violently.The drum appears to have excessive free movement.The top hanging springs are ok.but not sure what the lower fixing are. Please can you help.

check the outer drum has not jumped out of either of the 2 lower dampers, remove the top of machine if it has drum WILL be over to one side.
other possible cause's could be drum bearing or your spider arm assemble has broke due to powder fatigue these need machine to be stripped to fix
