how can i fix my tumble dryer?

everything is going on my hotpoint TDC32P tumble dryer but it is not heating up i have had the heater changed but no joy help! the drum is going round and all the filters are clean and there are no blockages.

This happened to ours at 1 week old, the repair man found that it was to do with the water condenser tank cut off float. Apparently if you dont empty the water tank eventually the float rises and turns off the heat so no more water condenses. This float was cutting off on its own accord, and a bit of lubrication sorted it out!

Could be electrical. There is a thermal fuse that prevents overheating. It will be mounted near the back of the cabinet on or near the duct. Check for continuity - should have resistance "0" at room temperature (allows current to pass through)

Also check your ignition coil - should have continuity at all times.

Both pieces are easy to change out, the fuse somewhat less expensive though...
