I have DA99-00494V REV (0.2), there has been an intermittent noise coming from the fridge which ressembles a noisey motor, this noise stopped when fridge door was opened, this noise stopped completely a few days ago but the fridge does not appear to be chilling as it should. This fridge is not fitted with a CoolSelect Zone Drawer. Any ideas how to rectify.

These are the parts you need for RS21 FCNS from Currys. Our freezer developed the fault you described and we think the temp sensor stopped working, ice built up around the motor, causing it to fail. You are probably best to get an engineer in though, safety and all that!
