It would be too long and drawn out to try to explain how todo it here ....if you are mechanical inclined and understand service manuals you have to buy one and go by that ....if you buy a haynes or some other brand name it will lead you into the right directions sometimes not showing all the hows and don`t of doing the job ..best to have factory manual
Hope your tool box is adiquate for this job too along with torque wrench and other tools ....
if it has been run hot need to know why ,,,,,,might need a straight edge to check head for warpage ect ect /////vavle guide seals could be damaged ect
