accent diesel will not rev above 2500rpm?, and slow to rev to that.
have changed, air,fuel filter, air flow meter.
removed exhaust at manifold.
no air leaks or air restriction.
no fault codes on ecu, no black smoke, throttle position sensor reading ok, injector leak back test ok
