Zanussi ZDF231 only 14 months old and only used three times a week approximately, won't fill when you press the start button (lights on so power there). I've tried putting large jug of water in bottom, and cleaned filter (wasn't very dirty). When I press the start button and listen up close to the machine, can hear slight sucking noise. Does this mean pump knackered? PLEASE HELP!

Turn programme select dial to whichever programme you require, then press start/cancel button and keep pressed in for about 3-5 seconds...it should then start.

Which ever program light is light press that button in until the program cancels and resets.now retry
