have a servis washing machine,how do I get dispenser drawer out to clean it. Have tried squeezing,lifting everything to no avail,what am I doing wrong

notsure about the sevis machine but some have a button at the back of the drawer if not you hold the drawer with a hand each side and give a sharp tug the drawer should come free
